        1. Yichud.
       
        a) More than 2 women.

        b) Two men.

        c) D'oraita or d'rabbanan.
             The  gemara cites a "remez min haTorah." Cf. Avoda Zara  36b (12  lines  from  the end, "yichud  d'bat  yisrael.")  Concerning chaivei  lavin (neither eishet ish, or other erva,  nor  penuya), see  Pitchei  Teshuva,  Even HaEzer, 22,1.  All  this  should  be compared to the Rambam 22,2.
       
        d) 81a: "baala ba'ir".
             Rashi,   Tosafot,   Rambam  22,12.  Notice   the   practical difference between Rashi and the Rambam.
