Alumnus of Har Etzion, Dr. Gamliel is the head of the Hebrew Language Department at Herzog College. He also has semicha and has taught over the years at the Yeshivat HaKibbutz HaDati. Elected as a member of the Hebrew Language Academy in the year 5779.
